FOX has backed an MMO for it’s top cartoon and, well, it looks pretty detailed. Not too much information has been released and the game is in “closed testing ” and here at InsertCoinToBegin…we did not receive our invite. Probably got lost in the mail. Yeah…that’s the reason.
So, I’m going to sign up and wait until the public release of this game’s beta, because it looks quite good…for it not being a World of Warcraft type game or have to download anything. It’s all placed on your desktop and in your web browser, a la Minecraft (DON’T CLICK THE “X” BUTTON! THIS IS THE ONLY TIME I’M GOING TO MENTION THAT “GAME”! I SWEAR!).
From the look of the website, you can customize your characters from the store, which will be “Out Soon”. This will mean you can customize your favorite character from the hit cartoon television show or add yourself to the city of Quahog, which is kind of sweet.
So…what would you like to see in this game? Random Giant Chicken fights? Scenes from the show? Norm McDonald playing Death? “Peter Griffin’s Side Boob Hour”? Let me hear it in the comments below.
Oh…And this guy has already been confirmed for the game.
